On the excellent beach of Agios Nikolaos Trani Ammouda, Sithonia, there are Babis Studios & Apartments consisting of two buildings.
Building (1) is 30 meters from the beach and building (2) is 150 meters further back, on a green area. House 2 is newly built (finished in 2011), three (3) keys rated, and consists of six (6) apartments. Its unique quality construction has followed the most recent energy conservation specifications.
On the first and second floors, there are four (4) apartments. Each apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a separate living room with a double sofa bed and with a fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Every apartment has one balcony in the bedroom and one balcony in the kitchen. Free air conditioning, two (2) TV, Internet (Wi-Fi).
On the ground floor there are two (2) large apartments. Each apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, a separate living room with a double bed, a single bed, and a fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Travel Directions
First of all, arrive in Thessaloniki. From there, by road, follow directions to Chalkidiki (Leoforos Thessalonikis-Moudanion). When you reach Moudania junction, turn left to Sithonia (Leoforos Moudanion-Polygyrou). After about 38 km on this road, you will reach Nikiti village. After the Nikiti village on the junction Neos Marmaras - Sarti remain on the left side with direction to Sarti (Perimetriki Sithonias).
After about 3.5km, on the next sign Agios Nikolaos - Sarti, continue straight to Sarti, and after 1 km is the sign Ormos Panagias, take a sharp left turn, following the sign towards Beach Trani Ammouda Livrochio. After about 200 meters on the right side is Babis Studios 2. And 150m after that is Babis Studios & Apartments. And 30m after is the Beach Trani Ammouda Livrochio.
Location
Babis Studios & Apartments are located in the area of Trani Ammouda, a long beach neighbouring the picturesque resort and port of Ormos Panagias, about two kilometres from Agios Nikolaos village. Beach Trani Ammouda is about 2 km long and 30 meters wide. It has crystal clear, turquoise water and that is the proof that it is not the holder of the Blue Flag by chance. This beach can be used for various water sports, as well as for paragliding at sea.
In the small summer resort of Ormos Panagias, guests can find various taverns, cafes and gift shops. In addition, there are a large number of travel agencies that organize daily cruises from the port of Ormos Panagias to the coasts of Sithonia, and to places that are only accessible from the sea, as well as to the coast of Mount Athos. Traveling around Mount Athos in this way is the only opportunity for women, who are forbidden to set foot on Mount Athos, to photograph the old monasteries from close range.
Several beach bars in the immediate vicinity offer guests exciting entertainment until the early hours of the morning.
About 2 km north, there is the traditional old village of Agios Nikolaos, where guests can find supermarkets, pharmacies, taxi services, the police department and most importantly the Health Center.
