However, since it is not on the Black Sea, but on the Aegean, in Sithonia, which is already crowded with beautiful beaches, it has no choice but to settle for an average place among the beautiful beaches of this peninsula.
What immediately catches the eye about this beach called Elia Nikiti is that it's not quite close to the touristic resort of Nikiti, but rather at a distance of a fairly large (for Chalkidiki) - 8 km. Narrow and extending for 2 km, this sandy beach is perfect for recommendation when someone is looking for the following features: sand or pebbles (depending on the area), forest, natural shade, and pine trees leaning over the water. HOW TO GET TO ELIA BEACH NIKITI?
The entrance to Elia Beach Nikiti is from the main road near Camping Mitari (sign: Camping Mitari). The beach is visible from the road and easily accessible, although you will have to leave your car in the bushes by the main road, with the recommendation to park it as close to the bushes as possible because the buses that often circulate here simply don't care about your rear-view mirror or left/right wing.
ELIA BEACH NIKITI CONSISTS OF TWO PARTS
Elia Beach Nikiti consists of two parts: the left part of the beach is the private area of Anthemus Sea Hotel, where sun loungers and sun umbrellas are available for guests of this complex, while the right part is narrower and completely free to use.
You won't find any commercial facilities on this beach, except of course in the part where the hotel is located, so if you plan to spend the whole day here, as many tourists do, bring your own food and refreshments. Children will especially enjoy playing, both in the sand and, of course, in the shallow water. However, be cautious, although the entry into the sea is gradual and gentle, children's feet will encounter fine gravel here, which can sometimes be sharp, so it is strongly recommended that children enter the water with suitable footwear.
