Kalogria Beach Sithonia
Early morning, and you're located somewhere in the north of Sithonia or its vicinity. You've just woken up, and around you, children are bouncing around lively and impatiently as if they have batteries that charge three times faster than yours. Of course, the first thing you'll think about is what to have for breakfast, and right after that, where to go to the beach? To make this second dilemma easier for you, we present to you a beach that is not overly famous, but has everything needed for one a fantastic beach.
Whenever you come to Kalogria Beach, you are welcome. Parking is right there next to the beach, and the shore is covered with fine sand. On this beach, there is also natural shade from pine trees, while the sea water is calm and clear. The beach is ideal for all ages - from 1 to 101 years old. You won't take too many photos here, but you'll enjoy the ambiance with all your senses.
Kalogria Beach actually consists of three parts, which are almost identical in quality, and are only differentiated by the facilities they offer. The far right part (when you are facing the sea) is called "Isla Beach" and it is the smallest. There is only a small bar there with sun loungers. The middle part of the beach has large number of sun loungers for rent and this is definitely the most commercial part of the beach. However, in my humble opinion, the left part of the beach is the most beautiful. This part of the beach has just few sun loungers for rent.
The middle part and left part are separated by a small rocky sandbar, where you can sunbathe like a lizard during the day, and sit like in an armchair in the evening, chatting with friends, enjyof in accompanied by the beautiful sound of the waves.
The small islet about 150 meters from the shore gives the impression of being in a well-designed aqua park. If you want, you can swim to this islet and from there wave to your friends who are watching you from the shore of the beach. This is something that simply has to be done.
