Paradisos Beach Neos Marmaras
Paradisos is the second beach of Neos Marmaras and it somewhat comes off as the younger sibling of the City Beach of Neos Marmaras. Essentially, these two beaches are composed similarly, except that perhaps Paradisos Beach has a slightly more pebbly entrance into the sea. And that's about it.
The main 3 drawbacks of Paradisos Beach
- No organized parking.
- The beach is very narrow.
- The road is right above it.
Paradisos Beach generally has three drawbacks. Firstly, there is no organized parking, and the road immediately behind the beach is actually a dead-end street leading to several accommodations. Since no one has given up a little space for parking, it has come to the point where you can leave your car right on the edge of the road, of course with the condition not to block any passage.
The other two drawbacks are connected and manifest in the fact that the beach is very narrow, and since there is immediately a road behind it, there is no vegetation whatsoever. So, when you combine a narrow beach with a road above it (about half a meter, which is the third drawback), you get a combination that can bother people who prefer a wider space and a natural environment.
You can easily overcome the last two drawbacks by going to the far left side of the beach, which is much wider. In addition, the beach is not overcrowded, so there are never too many people on it.
Paradisos Beach is not overly attractive by Sithonia standards
This beach is not overly attractive by Sithonia standards, and since these standards are very high, that certainly does not mean that this is a bad beach. There is quite enough space for both sunbed and café lovers, as well as for those who prefer to bring their own beach gear.
