City Beach Olympic Beach near Paralia
The beach of the small resort Olympic Beach is almost identical to the beach at Paralia Katerini, with a few minor differences. Olympic Beach is a sandy beach with shallow and warm water, where, unlike Paralia, the crowds are not overwhelming. This is the main difference between Paralia and Olympic Beach, which is evident considering that the resort of Olympic Beach is at least three times smaller than Paralia.

However, Olympic Beach shares the same issue with jellyfish as Paralia. Sometimes, they appear in large numbers. If you want to enjoy peace and quiet while reading your favourite book or simply watching the horizon, it's best to choose another spot in the Olympus region. Olympic Beach is a great place for parents with small children, and if you are arriving by car, you should not have major issues finding parking.
